Oklahoma Christian Church Planters

Oklahoma Church PlantersThe OCCP formally started in March of 1994, after a couple of state-wide meetings to discuss the importance of looking at the need to plant new churches over the entire state, instead of looking at regional needs by smaller area groups. The OCCP was formed as a result of those meetings. Today the NOEA ( Northeast Oklahoma Evangelizing Association) is the only local evangelizing group working in the Northeast part of the state, while the OCCP looks at the rest of the state. It is hoped that someday these two groups can cooperate in some shared new work.

Our purpose is to plant and establish new Independent Christian Churches in the state of Oklahoma. The OCCP is a non-profit organization. Our officers and board members are all volunteers and receive no money for their work.

Our Support comes from churches that believe in the importance of this work as well as individual Christians who are led to give their financial support.
